Nose:Â Stewed orchard fruit and sherried dried fruit, with polished oak and caramelised nuts.
Palate:Â Vanilla fudge, pear and blackberry crumble and lots of baking spice, along with frangipane and toffee apple.
Finish:Â A pinch of tobacco on a dry and sweetly spiced finish.
