Refunds via Stripe (Credit Card/Debit Card)

Stripe will submit a refund request to your bank or card issuer. The refund will be credited approximately 5 - 10 business days later, depending on the bank. For example, refunds made on a Monday will appear as a refund next Monday (5 Business Days) or the following Monday (10 Business Days).

Note: Refunds issued shortly after the original charge may not appear as a credit in your account. This is because the banks will record it as a reversal instead of a refund. In the case of reversal, the original charge will be removed from your bank statement, and a separate credit will not be issued/visible.

Refunds via Bank Instant Transfer (TT) or ATM Bank-Ins

Refunds via Bank Instant Transfer or ATM Bank-Ins will be made directly to the original payment account within 5 working days.

Cash On Delivery (COD)

We do not accept cash as payment. Kindly refer to Available Payment Methods for further details.

Can I change/cancel an order after payment has been placed?

Return/Exchange Policy*

All products are marked as final sales, and no refunds will be made. Refunds/Exchanges will only apply to damaged/broken bottles. We advise you to check your order thoroughly before acknowledging receipt of goods. Return/Exchange must be communicated to our Customer Service Representative within 48 hours
